Dining areas allow residents to eat and entertain their loved ones.

Good for the Soul. Good for the Body.

Simple, refined meals are served three times a day. Our house recipes feature few, fresh, wholesome ingredients carefully chosen to enhance gut and brain health. We also incorporate our resident’s favorite recipes into our meal plan in order to provide a taste of home.

Sample Breakfast Menus

In addition to stocking your favorite cereal and breakfast foods, we offer seasonal fruit and a protein-rich main course each breakfast.

MENU 1

  • Peeled grapefruit sections
  • Oven baked frittata with chopped spinach, cremini mushrooms, and swiss cheese.

MENU 2

  • Blueberry mango smoothie with Greek yogurt and coconut beads
  • Scrambled eggs & bacon.

MENU 3

  • Greek yogurt with berries
  • Egg-in-a-Hole with honey oat wheat bread topped with pan seared tomato slices

Sample Lunch Menus

Lunch is a simple affair consisting of a soup, salad, or sandwich served on a small plate. Soups feature a bone broth base.

MENU 1

  • Creamy Irish leek soup with a bone broth base

  • Herb roasted chicken

MENU 2

Chopped romaine with beets, crumbled feta, toasted walnuts, and a blackberry drizzle, topped with chopped top sirloin steak

MENU 3

  • Tomato bisque drizzled with cream and sprinkled with basil

  • Pan seared Cubano with thin sliced ham, pepper jack cheese, mandolined dill pickles, and sweet hot mustard

Sample Dinner Menus

Typical plated dinners include a salad followed by a protein, starch, and cooked vegetable. Here are some examples:

MENU 1

  • Thin chopped lettuce layered with peas, bacon, and egg and topped with a creamy dressing
  • Irish corned pork boiled with cabbage and potatoes
  • Fresh baked brown soda bread

MENU 2

  • Chopped romaine with beets, crumbled feta, toasted walnuts, and a blackberry drizzle
  • Flame grilled Santa Maria style tri-tip
  • Oven roasted seasonal vegetables
  • Smashed red potatoes

  • Sliced cucumbers with sea salt, sesame seeds, rice vinegar, and sesame oil
